This is a first floor condo placed on a two stories complex. It is a welcoming place where the front door faces the pool area, it is fully furnished, in witch you can find a Queen-size bed, with a single bed that come out from above, the room has air conditioned (with WiFi & TV services) on this space you can also find one hole bathroom, a dinning room, a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything that you will need to cook a wonderful meal it has a microwave, a toaster, a big oven, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The condo comes with the facility of having a near by community laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer that you can use with no additional fee, it is included in the final price. It is located in a really peaceful and beautiful place that its called Torres #19 community, Las Palmas Urbanization of Playas del Coco, just about 1 and a half blocks (about 150 meters) from the Coco beach, 7 blocks (about 700 meters) from EL Coco town and 150 meters to the local mini-market "Luperon" and Commercial Center "El Pueblito" with its cafes and Italian Restaurant-pizzeria 'Dolche Vita'. Our condo has an A/C unit in every room which you can control individually, so you can save energy by raising the temperature in rooms you're not using or when you go out for extended periods. Energy is expensive in C.R.

El Pueblito' has picturesque setting, with fountains and open seating in the courtyard, beautiful staircases and tiled roof, and is surrounded by tropical plants.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Dolche Vita - a dining establishment (family operated restaurant) in El Pueblito (you can buy wine at the adjacent store and there is a small corking charge). Two young Italian brothers operate this restaurant. There is lovely quiet outdoor plaza/courtyard with candles and lights, nice atmosphere with live music in some evenings. There is a FREE Wi-Fi which could be found at the Pueblita square by Doche Vita Restaurant.

There is good asphalt road leading to our beautiful community located in the desired area of Las Palmas development, which consists of nine residential communities. We leave the key from the community laundry room (with free use of washer and dryer machines) in the condo.

If you're not the 'all inclusive resort type' and more of an independent traveler, if you want budget accommodations but still would like comfort and resort amenities, if you want beauty, security, and peace, then you'll love this 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom condo ("Torres #19") which is comfortably furnished and equipped, decorated in a contemporary style and freshly painted, clean and well maintained and comfortably sleeps 3.

After breath taking sunset on the beach you can relax and enjoy conveniently located fine seafood restaurants, outdoor cafes (`sodas`), unique art galleries and artisans shops, casino.

Located only in 25 minutes drive from the newly renovated Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia, this place is close to some of the premier attractions (volcanoes, rain forest, zip lines, surfing, beaches, national parks and much more). The location is really outstanding. Hidden gem in the tranquil tropical setting only a few minutes away from stunning, magnificently landscaped Coco beach.
